Dave Kerlin's honesty and thoroughness when checking out the issues I had in my basement. He gave me many solutions to the problem and spent the time to go over everything with me. All other bids I had gotten people were in and out and didn't really spend the time to go over much with me. In the future if any thing else arises that I need looked at I would definitely look to you guys first for a solution. Thanks!
