Experts in Fixing Foundation Problems in VT

Your Vermont home's failing foundation will cause a major problem affecting your entire house! From uneven floors, sagging chimneys, wall and floor cracks, to sagging crawl spaces or even the collapse of a foundation wall, foundation problems only get worse over time. To make matters worse, expanding wall cracks can permit water leakage, and as floors become increasingly uneven, they can lead to jamming doors.  Wall cracks can also encourage sticking windows, and such problems can easily deplete your home's value.

Don't accept this! Your local Vermont foundation repair contractor is a part of the Foundation Supportworks Network and has been trained to restore your foundation back to being an effective structural support system. Foundation Supportworks foundation push piers are an excellent way to transfer the weight of your home from its compacted or poor supporting soils underneath to strong supporting strata underneath the home.  And for a fantastic solution for your basement walls, the steel foundation anchors provided by Foundation Supportworks can reinforce your walls and, over time, even return them to their original position.  No matter what work you're considering for your foundation or sagging crawl space, our FREE Home Inspection and Foundation Repair Estimate can help you understand and prepare for your repairs at no obligation!

We've helped thousands of homeowners with all types of foundation problems and foundation repair in Vermont and the Montpelier area. The Foundation Supportworks' line of foundation repair products are specifically designed to provide a fast, cost-effective solution for your crawl space structure and foundation problems. Their crawl space jacks, foundation push piers, slab pier systems, foundation helical piers, foundation wall anchors, and helical tiebacks install with minimal damage to your yard and landscaping.  We can even perform mud jacking services and address problems like street creep!  We serve all Vermont counties, including and not limited to Bennington, Coos, Franklin, Essex, Grand Isle, and Windham!

Comment: Hello, We have an older home built in the late 1800s. We have a dirt floor basement that gets very damp and our smoke alarm is going off all the time. We have all new electrcial so all of the msoke alarms are linked. We have a small dehumidifier in the basement now, but sometimes the alarm goes off. We are wondering if you install dehumidifiers that automatically take the water out. We are also interested in receiving a quote to add a concreete floor to the basement and fix the walls, etc. Thanks!
