The basement suffered several floods and the homeowners tried to use wet shop vacs and fans to try the space and prevent mold, but they were sick of dealing with the water and damaged belongings.
A wet basement in Shoreham, Vermont, is awaiting the arrival of Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems.
The sump pump is ready to pump out any water that enters the basement.
The CleanSpace is installed and the WaterGuard is installed under the fresh cement.
The old sump pump was unable to keep up with the amount of water entering the basement.
Here you can see where the molding is separating from the ceiling because the slab is sinking.

Here is the church. Behind it is the bottom of a big hill. The water runoff was way too much for the old sump pump they had, leading to a lot of water in the basement.
