Necessary emails to let this hearing impaired person know what was happening when Justin disappeared, for answers to my specific questions, and especially when the crew would definitely be here and not be here, could have been very much better. Jamie was great in letting me know she passed on my messages to 'people in the know' but too often I was left hanging without answers. After the Justin disappearance happened I almost decided not to have you do the work. But Hunter and his crew were amazing! I absolutely made the right choice.

I was very impressed with Justin but then felt really concerned and confused when I didn't get any replies via the email he told me to reach out with. But once Ryan replied and came for his site visit, I thought he seemed knowledgeable, I felt heard and was opening up to trust again.

I have been over the top impressed and appreciative of Hunter's communication with me during every step of this complicated crawlspace project. He wanted to hear me, and be sure we were on the same page. If/when there were any concerns or issues, he was willing and able to come up with good alternatives and options that felt right for both of us. That was so incredible for me and too rare in my past experiences. Hunter is clearly an excellent troubleshooter, as is needed in such an old, funky but very loved farmhouse. And it sure seemed that Hunter and his crew had lots of respect for each other and seemed to work so smoothly together as a great team. I was really blown away by the quality and the amount of such hard physical labor they quickly accomplished in that very shallow but large crawlspace and the major demo, building and refilling of the hefty new block retaining wall. An incredible job done buy such an awesome team!

I am beyond impressed and grateful for the great job they did to prevent damage and extra filth spreading everywhere because the only access to my basement is through my small kitchen. Great job guys!!!
