Tmerik

Tmerik is our Customer Care Manager, and she has had many years of experience working in customer service which gives her a unique ability to relate to her customers. Her positive countenance is what makes her shine in her relationship-based role! Tmerik's favorite thing about her job at Fortress is being able to problem solve and work with a team to make things happen. In her free time, she likes to relax with family, take long walks with her wife, and take her dog on trips.
