Initially I was a bit distressed at the long lead time to get started, but boy, did you guys come through!

Everyone I dealt with was responsive and professional, whether by phone, text or email.

Zach was very good. Despite the fact that he couldn't fully access the crawlspace though the very small opening available, he did a thorough job of explaining the installation and processes.

Too bad you only go to 5 stars, because I would give A.J., Teezy and Thomas more than that. Finished the work...which was challenging at best...with terrific attitudes and obvious dedication to doing the work correctly and carefully. The day after they finished I woke up to an alarm going off. A text to A.J. got an immediate (6 am) response and had Thomas there to correct the problem in no time. Just terrific representative for Fortress.

Completely cleaned up and reseeded all areas that had to be dug up for drainage and that were trampled by the considerable foot traffic.
