From first contacting Janelle in the office, the initial assessment and estimate with Sonny, to the electrician and the work crew a week later, to the service call we just had with Lucky, Fortress Foundation was excellent. Professional, sensitive to keeping costs reasonable, responsive to questions, quick with follow-up, and the employees are easy to just chat to. I know I can contact them if I ever have any questions or concerns in the future as well. Highly recommend.
