Bill came out to look at our foundation and crawlspace. He was so great!! Extremely friendly and thorough! He made me feel comfortable with his findings by explains everything in a way I could understand. Fortress exceeded our expectations before they even came out. I was first in contact with Jenna, and they were all just so friendly. They even sent a packet in the mail with info packets and a little about Bill so I knew who was coming to my home. I would 100% recommend! We are not using them simply because Bill discovered there was no real issue with our foundation. Peace of mind is worth far more than any price tag!! Will forever recommend this company to anyone needing work done!
