After getting the package in the mail I called to cancel my appointment because I was concerned that I didn't need this level of work. The lady on the phone assured me that Skylar would be happy to help, regardless of the size of the job.

Sales Process

Skylar was wonderful. I am not convinced I want to invest in french drains for my storage basement that leaks 5-6 times a year but he answered all of my questions and talked me through all of my options. He was knowledgeable and friendly. If we decide to go in this direction I will use Fortress because of my experience with Skylar.

What made you choose our company:

We have had multiple companies look at our basement. This was the first time someone talked to me honestly instead of trying to sell me their product. Skylar was helpful even though I announced in the beginning that I was hoping to avoid french drains. The basement is not a priority but when we do deal with it, we'll use Fortress because Skylar looked at our house like a home and not his next commission.
