Job review from Mikayla in VA on 11/08/21

We used FFS to install BrightWall on our old cement-block basement walls and lift/repair the concrete slab under our carport. We opted to not have the perimeter drain installed in the basement yet, but if/when we need it, FFS said they'd be able to install it with the BrightWall already in place. The gentleman that initially came out to give us an estimate was very responsive and let us know exactly when he'd be here. He was very informative and if he did not know the answer to something, he'd contact someone who could get us an answer quickly. They honored their same-day sale price even a few days later. The crews that came were very polite and stayed late until the job was done. We received our warranty in the mail shortly after the job was done. Thank you!
