Sales Process
Chris Guill was very knowledgeable and was very thorough in evaluating our basement/garage space to make a recommendation to remedy our dampness issues, which also was relatively easy on our budget considerations.
Our Installation Crew
Derrik Schmidt was very accommodating to selecting an acceptable location for our dehumifier system, and he was very thorough in making sure that it was set up correctly. He also took the time to walk me through the operations and maintenance process. The electrician was also very knowledgeable in running a new dedicated line for the dehumidifier's operation.
The Cleanup Process
When the installation was complete, there was no mess at all, as if they hadn't even been there.
