Our Overall Service
It was a really big job and a long time coming that caused additional concerns to have to be mitigated for our basement. Fortress assessed and executed to plan with informing us of any concerns and possible changes needed along the way. They worked very hard to make sure everything was done right and we were satisfied with the job as it progressed and completed.
Call Representative
Polite and professional for taking messages and relaying workdays and timeframes. We know we can call anytime.
Sales Process
Danny did a great job understanding our situation and recommending state of the art engineering methods for basement walls needing reinforcement.
Our Installation Crew
Warren and Logan did a great job hammering out the trenches and installing everything needed to get this basement dry! kudos to Jeremy on electric and Declan and T-Shirt Nick for supporting the crew with their efforts not going unnoticed for this monumental effort. They were patient with questions and forthcoming with explanations for how things worked.
The Cleanup Process
Buckets after buckets of heavy waste removed from the basement and yard. These guys were concerned and hard working to ensure they left the site clean, safe and ready for our dogs to come home to their yard..
