Aaron Bowman

 I hold strong beliefs that underscore the significance of logical problem-solving, combining hard work and intelligent strategies, and placing immense value on family bonds. My father, Doug Bowman, a seasoned high school physics teacher, played a pivotal role in shaping these beliefs. Our shared experiences, particularly in challenging rock climbing adventures, taught me enduring lessons about self-accountability, embracing failure as a teacher, and seeking guidance from those with more experience. These principles, instilled through the highs and lows of conquering steep cliffs, have become the foundation of my work ethic and resilience. Engaging in daily family dinner gatherings further reinforced the strength derived from unity and effective communication. Now, as I apply these values to my work in concrete repair, I am driven by the belief that success is not merely reaching the top but appreciating the journey. My commitment is fueled by a desire to contribute positively to my community, embodying the principles instilled by my father and the lessons learned throughout my life.
