Jacob Haffner

I am driven by the Golden Rule, family, and the commitment to never give up. My mother instilled these values and the resolve to see them through in me. Despite the tragic loss of my father when I was two, she never gave up on family or her goals. Her journey, marked by strength and determination, shaped my unwavering commitment to these principles. Witnessing her passion for education, earning a college degree, and becoming a dedicated teacher inspired my quest for a profession that resonates with me. My time in the Air Force reinforced the importance of family and communal bonds. As a design consultant at Ogburn Construction, I live out these beliefs. Beyond concrete repair, my motivation is to embody the principles instilled by my family—integrity, dedication, and resilience. Ogburn Construction isn’t just a workplace; it’s where I authentically express these beliefs and try to positively impact every customer I meet.
