Charlottesville, VA 22901I have a townhouse with a slab floor. It appears that the floor has dropped 1/2-3/4" from the wall baseboard. The wall is on a block foundation and does not appear to be compromised. I don't observe any cracks or water leaks. I'm thinking that the slab floor is sinking and needs to be raised.
