Robert has over 20+ years as a home inspector, is the owner of Castle Inspection Services, and was the previous President of the WV Association of Home Inspectors. With this involvement, he is familiar with inspecting homes and consulting with clients to find the best solution for their homes. 

Prior to owning his construction company, Robert worked with Alford as the Director of Operations. With this professional experience, Alford Foundation & Crawl Space Repair saw what an asset Robert would be to the company and brought him back on board. He brings a focused, intelligent approach to each job he is involved with and is a true professional.

Robert enjoys meeting with homeowners and helping them solve their basement water, foundation, crawl space, and concrete issues enabling them to get more out of their homes. In his spare time, Robert enjoys fishing, kayaking, snowboarding and traveling with family.
