Call Representative

Call representative was great; however, since there is an email option, why isn't it utilized? It would have been easier for me to communicate that way.

Sales Process

Andy Mills was very professional and took the time to explain everything to us more than once. Even though he was at our house for hours, he never gave the impression that he was rushing us.

Our Installation Crew

Josh and his crew were hardworking and respectful. Josh was great at trouble shooting the different surprises that popped up!

The Cleanup Process

Our yard still needs some work to smooth out all the bumpy spots, that are becoming more apparent as the straw settles. The rainy weather and clay soil made it very difficult for them to finish it successfully. As far as the basement waterproofing - so much dust....But I guess that's to be expected with jackhammering concrete.
