Sales Process

Explains everything but get in writing exactly what you want done. We had to pay $200 extra the final day to have something done and 2 things that he said they would do the installer said he could not do that. Otherwise we are very satisfied.

Very nice and respectful, explained everything.

The Cleanup Process

The house looked just like it did when he started, he put down a carpet cover all through the house. Cleaned up his mess daily.

What made you choose our company:

The representative that came to our house for the estimate explained everything to us and gave us alternatives to save us money that all the other estimates didn't, it worked out great. He did tell us the installer would do a specific thing that he said he could not do. It was a little aggravating but we will get someone else to do it. ( install a new light fixture) and hang our new mirror over the vanity. He took the old one down but didn't hang the new one that came with it. ( we did it ourselves in 5 minutes after he left)
