What made you choose our company:

You have no comment box for the following complaints. Your crews were very good and this is absolutely no reflection of them. However, your crews need more training and experience with patching concrete cracks. We had no brochures to see what the project would look like when finished. We expected the cracks in the concrete to be made gone or difficult to see them. In fact, when the work was done, it highlighted all the many cracks in our pool deck. The crews missed several cracks but am thankful they did overlook the other cracks. Maybe the cracks in our concrete was too small for the experience and tools of the crews. They were to lift two of the cracks, but could only lift one of the two and just had to grind down the edge of the crack which was okay. We should have looked closer at the process before we signed the contract. I can provide you with pictures if you like. Hopefully, the repairs will be covered up next spring when we stain and seal the concrete again. We regret having Alford do the work on our concrete, but you did an excellent job of the crawl space mold abatement. I would still recommend Alford but not for concrete work.
