Would have been higher but after paying for the crawl space system $8900 I received an estimate to install 2 GFCI receptacles to operate the sump pumps of over $2,000. I should have been made aware of the electrical costs before the work on the system took place. 2,000 to install two plug receptacles is extreme especially since one circuit to handle one pump exists within 30 foot of the pump.

The crew was good and worked hard. There was some confusion between the salesman who gave the estimate and the crew Forman on what needed to be done to correct our problem which resulted in using an existing system and extending the planned new work another 18 feet. This resulted in a higher cost. Also some confusion in a 10% discount letter I received from Chris Alford on a previous job. I was not able to use it but was told it was under review. As of this review, no communication has happened concerning that 10% off letter.

The three man crew did well on this.
