Our Overall Service
I think we will be glad we did this in the long run, but it was way more disruptive than we expected, and we have a daunting project to restore the basement to its former look and function. We also have some follow-up to do regarding the sump pump installed and the wiring needs for the system.
Sales Process
Zach Hardman was very professional and friendly, but did not prepare us for the extent of the demolition and repair that would be needed. It would also have been helpful if he had told us we would need to remove toilet, sink, and stairs, so that wasn't an emergency on the first day of the job. We also got information about electrical work from another customer and are still not sure what we need to support the system properly.
Our Installation Crew
Christian, Mical and Zack worked hard, communicated well, and were very professional.
The Cleanup Process
I've spent the weekend cleaning, and am nowhere near finished. I was told the crew would cover everything with plastic, but they did not get that message. They tried to cover with some of your wall liner, but it is not effective for this purpose. Also all carpet should have been covered in plastic - it's a mess of ground-in dirt. If we had known ahead of time, we could have done these things ourselves.

What made you choose our company:

I called you because I saw the ad about fixing cold floors. We have a small crawl space under the back entry, and hoped insulating it would prevent the draft from that area. Zach Hardman came out to estimate that, and we asked him about occasional dampness in the basement. He was friendly and easy to work with, and made a good case that we needed this basement solution. I don't know if we would recommend it to others, because it has turned into a major production and we don't know yet how much difference it will make.
