I don't know what was expected to be cleaned up but I spent several hours cleaning red clay mud out of my basement the next day. Also I am left with a destroyed back yard when I was told there wouldn't be much damage. I have a 20 foot long 5 foot wide and almost 1 foot tall mound of dirt in my yard that I will have to do quite a bit of work on to be able to mow once grass comes in.

My family was friends with your companies founder when I was a child. Also your salesman Aaron was very impressive with his presentation.
