Job review from Ron in Elkins, WV 26241 on 05/30/23

Overall work was great no complaints. But was a little disappointing to not get the lift on the floor in one section that was the biggest reason for the initial call for repairs (floor sagging a lot due to heavy fire place not being supported). Other things came up with the initial inspection and quote. we had everything completed but the one section some how was not put in the repair when I was under the assumption that it was.

Danny C. was a good nice guy seemed to know what he was doing, and was very knowledgeable on product offered.

Very polite and considerate. Kept me informed of any issues that came up including the floor not being leveled in the biggest problem area and did what he could on the spot to correct it

Didn’t leave a mess
