In 2016, your diagnosis of my foundation was not exaggerated and the estimate was very reasonable . Your competition was exaggerated and their estimate was unreasonable. Alford Home Solutions completed it timely and my basement is bone dry and built like a bunker. You followed up with your annual inspections and have kept me free of any water problems. Because of my complete confidence in your work, I had you complete another foundation problem in my garage in January of 2023.........and once again your crew was very professional and guided me through all they were doing. I had a concern a few days after the completion of my garage and you responded immediately by phone and also sent a representative to my home. Thank you ......I will definitely utilize your services again
