sump pump was repaired and is back in working order.

Rep was professional and very empathic. A tech was dispatched within two hours.

Very professional. Alec took the time to respectfully listen to our concerns.

Alec assessed the situation quickly and determined we needed a new battery, however our system is ten years and needed additional upgrading. He completed the job in an hour. He tested the pump and it appeared to be working.

We had a hiccup with the replacement parts Shortly after Alec left, the alarm on the system came on. It was ear-piercing. We pressed the pump test button to turn it off. It sounded every 30-40 minutes after the first alarm. We called to have someone check the system asap. It was a long night. Elliott came out twice the next day and did resolve the problem after consulting with Alec. The new parts were not working well with the older system. We were so relieved once it was fixed and very pleased with the way these techs worked together to get to the bottom of the issue..

They picked up all the debris and packaging material. We were happy with the results.
