We had a few hiccups along the way and everyone was really good about keeping us informed.

Sales Process

Derek was great, he was very nice, patient and informative. However when it came to installation, he had sold us the incorrect system which delayed the process by a week and caused the crew to arrive and leave because things didn't work out.
