Different salesperson showed than who was originally scheduled. Different foreman came than who was scheduled. Was not told of the changes in personnel ahead of time.

Was told I could likely be moved up for sales call, but never happened. Was very friendly.

Thoroughly explained process and options to us. Easy to understand everything presented.

Our Installation Crew

On time, followed plan set by salesperson. Very friendly and nice to work with.

Very nice clean up when finished
