UPDATE 10/2021 WARRANTY WORK on system installed 1/2019 Sure-Dry tightened my anchors in the early summer and found that one of my anchors "popped" or the nut sheared off the pin in the yard. They were out today to: recheck/tighten all my anchors and dig up and repair the shredded nut deep underground in the yard. This was done as warranty work, free of charge. The fellas called an hour before the visit. They were professional, prompt, very friendly, worked fast without being sloppy, worked safely, and wore masks at my request in the house (I am high risk for CoVid) without a single peep about discomfort masks cause when doing heavy work. They cleaned up after themselves, and left the basement and yard looking like they weren't even there. SO...I am here to tell you that Sure-Dry stands by their warranty!!! Thanks guys, stay healthy and safe - you rock. And, thank you Sure-Dry for being a great company in a sea of not-so-great!
