Job review from Jayne in Kaukauna, WI 54130 on 11/10/23

Ethan was the original Sure-Dry contact we worked with to assess our needs, explain the repair process, provide a bid, and after acceptance, set a repair date. We were told who would be doing our job and received a call from the repair people when they were on their way. When Andy and Logan arrived, they listened and proceeded carefully in addressing our unique problem. We found them congenial, very knowledgeable, hard workers, and above all skillful. They listened to our requests with associated things like where we preferred they park the excavators.  They were willing to explain what they were doing when I asked. (I found the whole process fascinating.) Andy and Logan were personable and made us smile when they showed us an old boot and a few soda cans they found that must have been buried since 1988. 😉🤭 Would we recommend Sure-Dry? Absolutely!
