Both servicemen were very polite, on time, efficient & explained things well. The project looks like I expected it to - very neat. But I have no way of knowing if it was completed appropriately- I have to trust that CJ recommended Sure-Dry’s best product for the condition of my walls and that they will remain stable for at least 25 years. I really appreciated that Sure-Dry was able to change the original install date from Nov 1 to Oct 1 to Aug 27th for my convenience. I am very happy to have this project completed.
