Zeb Bayer explained our water seepage problem solution in terms we could understand and made sure that we fully knew the process. We were invited to ask questions after our initial meeting to which there was a quick response and answers. Before the project began, we met the people who would be in charge of the project and were given assurance that the company had done this type of repair before and would do a great job to our satisfaction. They did a great job!
