After the installation crew left, we noticed the floor in the living room had developed some unusual squeaks above where the braces were put in. I emailed Jesse Bunn about this a week ago, but haven't heard back. I'll follow up again with him; maybe he's on vacation. If we can get that resolved, I'd boost my overall satisfaction rating to a 5.

Very impressed with the construction crew. On time when they said they would be. Very courteous and friendly. Did a great job hauling all that heavy material down a small stairway without scraping any of the walls.
