Call Representative

Dealt with Chris Hermensen, Showed up early, walked through the whole process with me. Explained what needed to be done. What could be fixed and where concrete may crack more.

I like dealing with Badger Basements. The girls on the phone were great, to the point and professional.
Sales Process

Really liked dealing with Chris Hermensen. Ex Military, so on time, professional, tells you the way it is and feels more like the guy next door talking to you. He definitely knows his work.

Our Installation Crew

I like the guys. Showed up on time, brought you out to the job site. Explained the process and what they intend to do and gave you a moment to explain if there was something different that you talked with the rep about.

The Cleanup Process

Concrete was raised and they were gone. Can barely tell there were even holes in the concrete.

Overall Punctuality
They can only do so much, so the tech explained exactly how much he could raise the concrete in places without cracking the slabs. There was a place where a new slab was pored. It was explained to me that it could crack if it was raised to much in one area. They did exactly what they said they would

Neighbor down the street had work done. I really like the rep Chris Hermensen. He basically did it for me. He showed up, and laid it out straight. Gave me a fair price.
