Bill Hammer was beyond the best service tech any one could ever have in their home, he explained everything and its components, went way above and beyond in this day and age.......I hope someone actually reads this and gives him a pat in the back , getting pat on backs are hard to come by today and I hope badger basement recognizes his hard work and attention to detail...Matt and Kari Ellis ...Janesville Wisconsin
