Job review from Tim in Mount Pleasant, WI 53406 on 05/29/18

The estimated guy came out, gave his estimate, and I loved getting all of his info prior to him arriving, then the foreman came out a couple days prior to inspect the job to ensure he had everything needed for it. Then the crew arrived on the day of the job start, respectful to the fact we have pets, made sure that they weren5t going 5o make a mess, put cloths down on the floor. Went right to work, finished their part of the job in two days, and made sure we were happy and answered any questions before leaving, and put everything back that they said they would.. then got the electrician scheduled for me and everything.. very happy

Very informative about what they were doing and why.. and answered any questions right away.

What can I say, they were very friendly when I spoke with them every time from scheduling the job and everthing.

Was sent a packet before hand so we knew who was coming and when. Arrived on time, looked at everything both inside and out.. didn't try to sell stuff we didn't need, was not pushy or anything, was great to work with.

Josh and his crew were great, kind, respectful, informative. Knew what they were doing, and did a fantastic job. Could not be happier

The badger crew itself, did great, the excavation crew... the spread wet hard clay and rock all over my yard, tore up my lawn, leaving me with large mounds of clay and rock that I had to try and till (would have rather they had hauled it away since it wasn't going back in the hole they dug, however I will say the excavator people were nice.. just not pleased with the now hours of work ahead of me to till this all up so I can replant grass.
