This is a review of the annual maintenance service we had done today. Bill Hammer was the service person. He was very knowledgeable. patient and informative in reviewing what we need to watch for and when to call for service. He checked everything r/t management of humidity in our basement. Was thorough and very conscientious with keeping the area clean. He called on the way to let us know he was on his way and arrived on time. You have exceptional employees, you should be proud. And I am enjoying mu DRY basement! Good job to all of you!
