Our Overall Service
Outstanding. The service tech listented to the issue, quickly analized the problem, and solved it. He took the time to explain our system (which he installed for the previous home owner).
Responsiveness
Although I called on Sunday and recorded a message, the office called early Monday morning and scheduled the service call for that afternoon.
Our Office Staff
Great customer service. It sounds as if they have smiles on their faces when they call.
The Cleanup Process
Not a drop of water anywhere after the visit.
Quality of Work
Service tech knew our system since he installed it almost 15 years ago. Great to have the same technician .
Overall Punctuality
Service tech was early. He called with new arrival time.

We are very happy to recommend Badger Basement Systems to anyone. They are the best example of a total customer service company. They do the job right the first time and are experts in keeping our home safe from any water damage.
