I don't know if the price is determined by the size of the house or the number of days the men have to work, or both. We were told the job would take 3 days. The two men were very efficient and finished in 1 1/2 days. Also, in the initial contract it was stated that basement steps would have to be removed and then reinstalled. That did not have to be done saving time.

My guess is that when a job is priced, the number of work hours is considered. When the job is completed sooner, is there an adjustment to the cost?

Again, we are pleased with the work, but I thought I would ask the above question.

What made you choose our company:

I saw positive reviews in Milwaukee Magazine and the person I spoke with at State Fair was very friendly. I liked the idea of someone not being a pushy salesperson. The men who came to the property were informative and not pushy. The workmen were also very easy to work with and left the basement as clean as they could. They too were willing to answer

questions.
