The Homeowner of this Chandler, AZ home was concerned about their cracking stem wall. Most stem walls fail because the rebar inside oxidizes. This oxidization causes expansion and cracks which gradually grows and worsens over time. Our crew replaced the rebar with our non-ferrous composite.

The Homeowner wants the sell the home but first wants to do the right thing and fix the stem wall. Our crew replaced the existing rebar with our non-ferrous composite.

The Homeowner of this early 2000s Chandler home noticed horizontal cracking in their stem well. The horizontal cracking was caused by the existing rebar becoming oxidized and damaging the surrounding concrete. Rightfully concerned, the Homeowner called Arizona Foundation Solutions and our crew replaced the rebar with our patented non-ferrous composite. 

The stem wall at this Chandler home was showing signs of failure. our chip out existing failed concrete to fractured rock and behind existing rebar. Remove existing rebar and replace with our existing non-ferrous composite. They patched the stem wall with cement non shrink cement mortar patch then backfilled excavated area.  AZFS warrants the replaced rebar against rust for the life of the structure.
