The homeowner initially contacted Customer Care Representative Nevaeh, who coordinated an on-site inspection with our Design Specialist [Assigned Specialist Name].

Problem Addressed: The concrete driveway had developed significant cracks and uneven surfaces due to soil compaction and erosion beneath the slab, causing it to sink. This not only created a tripping hazard but also compromised the driveway's appearance and structural integrity.

Solution Implemented: To address the sinking, we utilized the PolyLevel system, a high-density polyurethane foam that lifts and stabilizes the sunken concrete. First, small holes were drilled into the affected areas of the driveway, and the PolyLevel foam was injected beneath the slab. The foam expanded, lifting the slab back to its original position and providing long-term stability.

Foreman Bo and his crew followed a methodical approach to fix the issue, starting with the removal of damaged concrete to expose the rusted rebar. The rebar was sandblasted back to its original state, and an ion-blocking epoxy coating was applied to prevent further rusting. Finally, an anodic-based repair mortar was used to fill the cracks, ensuring a robust and lasting solution.
