Brian, David and his crew and Sara were all great to work with. David and Sara did the physical work and i felt lucky to have had them assigned to my project. I really appreciate the diagnosis that AFS has done with our home. I have never felt pressured by them and they have been up front and honest. Bryan Wooldridge came out and took an initial look at the home and answered all of our questions. He was friendly, humorous, and very knowledgeable. I appreciate his honest responses. We had a very thorough diagnosis done of our foundation and received a thick report about it from the engineer. Bryan came out to our home and spent about 2 hours with us going over the report in a detailed manner. I really appreciate his time and in no way did I ever feel rushed into making a quick decision. This company is a standout - they return phone calls, they are responsive, they show up on time, give honest quotes and they do great work. We had severe issues with heaving and subsidence and their topological mapping system helped us see the issues vividly and allowed them to build a detailed remediation plan that was easy to understand. I also appreciated the forthright cost explanation as well, there was no attempt to sugar coat the facts, they told me what I needed and how much it would cost - simple. Also every associate I interacted with from sales to on-site crew to phone advocates were courteous, relaxed and friendly.

I always worry when dealing with companies that offer any kind of home repair that the representatives will try to sell you expensive services that ultimately end up being unneeded. This could not be further from the truth with Arizona Foundation Solutions. From start to finish the employees were courteous, professional, and ethical. Freddy Flores thoroughly inspected our foundation and offered several helpful tips to prevent damage. I would recommend this company to any homeowner, and will absolutely turn to them for any repairs that we might need down the line.

Brian Guthrie came to our house on time to check the cracks in our foundation. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave Very though inspection of both the inside and outside of our home. Because of Brian we cancelled one other inspection with another company.

All of their people were professional, kind, and very informative.  He was excellent with his crew, invested in giving excellent service, very understanding, and made sure the job was done correctly and well. I always knew what to expect. He answered questions for me and gave me important info at all times of the day and weekends... even when it wasn't his department. He even went out of his way to have the city check (scope) the pipes which we learned were falling apart. His partners, [redacted] and [redacted] were great as well. [redacted] and [redacted]  were also very kind, professional and informative. They worked with me, my schedule, and the unforeseen plumbers schedule. Scheduling was a little of an issue in the beginning but in all fairness, no one can predict what type of problems a house may be hiding before digging into it. These guys are working around the clock on multiple homes in the heat, all around the valley, and still providing excellent service and keeping a great attitude. As a manager, I was very impressed. I would highly recommend this company. Even when things don't go as they should (as is with life) this company is committed to taking care of the job at hand and the people in the home regardless of unforeseen circumstances. I was helped by Bryan "Wooly"  in February 2021. He answered all of my questions and went out of his way to offer different solutions/ideas for my specific foundation needs.

We had our house evaluated for settling. Arizona Foundation Solutions were excellent to work with. They educated us on the types of foundation issues, the process for finding out if we had issues then they had a plan in case we did need repairs. We were fortunate enough to not need to pursue any correctional measures at this time, but now we have a base line and can have them come back in a few years to see if the house has settled or moved any further and then go from there. I would highly recommend calling Arizona Foundation Solutions if you think you have any problems with your foundation.

Victor Mendoza and his partner Alex did a great job. They were very polite and listened to what my concerns were. Once in a while I would come out and talk to them to see how well the job was coming along. I have nothing but the greatest admiration for the great work and customer communication skills.I spoke with Alexis in the office and she was the greatest during our discussions. She answered all my questions.I would recommend Arizona Foundation Solutions to any one that needs foundation work.
