I had AZ Foundation Solutions install SmartPipe and drain, CleanSpace and Humidifier in my crawl space. My salesman Chris was very knowledgeable of the product and did a thorough evaluation of the issues I was experiencing with the excess moisture in my crawl space. He provided great information on the different options to fix the immediate problem and long-term prevention of future damage. I appreciated Vic's experienced knowledge during the first days of work onsite. Vic told me about additional system benefits and made some design modifications given his experience. The installation team, Skyler and Felipe were excellent. Communication from both Chris and Skyler was the best I have ever experienced. They communicated every step of the process and provided information on the system in a way I could understand. The crew was very friendly, did excellent work and made sure everything was left in perfect condition. I was impressed Chris joined in the installation process throughout the week. My home is only 5 years old. I am thrilled with the system in knowing we could stop the current issues with excess water and ensure the system will prevent costly long-term damage. Even with the small space, the area looks great and much easier to access and move around in.

Chris (who was the consultant) explained everything and when communication with the phone service failed he went above and beyond to fix the issues. He was very professional throughout the entire project. He took his time to help me understand the project. David did the peirs. He was respectful, listened and made sure my concerns were addressed. Taught me about the process. Josh did the encapsulation. He was also very professional and was persistent and helping me resolve the issues. Overall great team.

Chris was great. We got an engineering analysis of our foundation and he provided a quote as to how much the foundation will cost to repair. We plan on using him. Very professional, kind, and easy to work with.

We had our front 18'x19' patio slab reinforced by Arizona Foundation Solutions using PolyLEVEL injected through the existing slab. Our Residential Consultant, Ryan Overcash, came to our home and assessed our project with input from AFS Engineers. Ryan was thorough in his assessment, recommendations and followed through on every aspect of the pre-job items as promised. He was cordial, professional and gave us competent answers to all our questions. He set aside any fears we had in moving forward. Sarah was the foreman who performed our work. Since we moved into our home in the beginning of 2019, we have had Thomas C. from Arizona Foundation Solutions come out to look at our foundation at least 3 times because of concerns we had about its integrity. He has always been extremely knowledgeable, professional, and honest about his assessments. We are very impressed with the quality of his service. We had a great experience with AZ Foundation Solutions. Unfortunately, it was expensive, but not far off from other quotes that we received. We chose them for our stem wall repair due to their use of the composite rebar that can never rust. Bryan W. came out and explained the process very well and the job was scheduled. About a week before the start date we received a call that there would be 1 week delay due to a crewmember’s injury. Caleb, our repairman, called on the first day to inform us that he would be late due to theft at their shop. He was only about 30 min late. The second day he also called to advise that he was running late, but he wasn’t. We also added some work to the contract which he completed that day. Both Bryan and Caleb were great to work with. Both are great guys, explained everything to us, kept us ‘in the loop’ (their communication was terrific) and our repaired stem wall looks great.

We had stem wall work done over three years ago and were very satisfied with the work. For that reason, we recently asked for an inspection of another crack unrelated to the previous work. The inspection was done by Bryan Wooldbridge who was very cordial and professional, and provided a timely estimate that we intend to accept shortly.
