Repaired cracks in patio area using Nexus Pro.

This home needed a little more support from within the crawl space. We installed our SmartJack Adjustable Steel Post System to supplement the wooden posts that were already there. 

This home in Concord, CA was experiencing settlement. It was causing cracking in the interior and exterior walls, sloping floors, and pinched doors. This job only took our crew two days to complete. We installed 8 Push Piers around the back of the home and as you can see, the grass that was in the way of our work area needed to be tampered with in order for the job to be done but, after the piers were installed and the house was stabilized, the work was covered by the original soil we had dug out. 

This customers residence is located in San Ramon, CA our customer came to us with concerns regarding uneven floors. Through quick research they found us and set an appointment with our appointment center.

Our strutcual consultant Jonathan, quickly came to evaluate their situation. This customers home had settling issues in their crawl space, by installing cast in place smart jacks will help level and support flooring and beams.

We injected NexusPro Joint Sealant to seal the gap between the concrete stairs here.
