The garage wall was bowing. We installed our Powerbrace Wall Bracing System to straighten it out and reinforce it. 

We removed and replaced these concrete steps to help the homeowner remove their fear that the value of their home would be damaged. 

The homeowner wanted to fix his cracked retaining wall prior to putting his home on the market. He didn't want the damaged retaining wall to have any effect on the value he believed his home to be worth. 

The basement wall of this home was bowing inward and had a large crack from the bottom to the top. Firstly, we installed a Carbon Armor Patch with Epoxy to seal the crack, and secondly, we installed the Powerbrace Wall Reinforcement System to both prevent the basement wall from bowing any further and to help the wall return to it's original state over time. 

This customer, located in Los Gatos, came to us with concerns regarding some unevenness he had seen in his floors. Through 

Our Structural Consultant, Steve Heaton, came to evaluate their situation. The home was constructed in such a way that was fine for supporting the floors at the birth of the building, but not for an extended period of time. In order to help the homeowner out, we installed our SmartJack Adjustable Steel Post System to add an extra layer of support. With this system, we were able to lift, level, and stabilize the floors.
