The Before Picture is a Home needing Seismic Retrofitting upgrades.

The After Picture shows one of the Universal Foundation Plates, that our crew installed.

The After Picture shows a Push Pier attached to the base of the Foundation. The Pier was then pressurized, which lifted the part of the Foundation that had sunk.

Before photo shows how settling concrete around a pool deck can make a massive impact on the appearance. Even though it looks bad, it is also starting to become a tripping hazard which can cause a serious injury! The after photo shows how we used our two state-of-the-art pool deck repair services. These services are PolyLevel lifting and stabilization paired with our NexusPro sealant. We use Polylevel to lift and stabilize settled concrete by filling in voids from underneath while our Nexus pro will fill in between the joints of the concrete. These two solutions paired together will give the best possible results for your concrete without replacing your concrete!

The After Picture shows the same home, with the Universal Foundation Plate attached to the A35 Framing Angle. These two components Strengthen the home's attachment to it's foundation.

The After Picture shows two different Seismic Retrofitting components. The A35 Framing Angle strengthening the connection between the home and its mudseal. Below the Angle is the Universal Foundation Plate, which strengthens the connection between the mudseal and the Foundation.
