This Durham crawlspace clearly had a lot of issues before we arrived to transform this space. The traditional fiber glass insulation was falling apart, there was a dirt floor that made the area look unwelcoming, and there was air and moisture entering the crawl space. The homeowners wanted to upgrade their crawl space to have it be more welcoming and efficient so they would not have to worry about any consequences that happen with a poorly maintained crawl space. They decided to set an appointment with Connecticut Basement Systems who are the experts in crawl space repairs. 

Doug Wheeler was the Sales Representative who arrived at the home to give a free home evaluation. He concluded that CleanSpace Liner paired with a SaniDry Sedona would be the perfect solution for these Durham homeowners. Garfield Sanderson and his production team installed the products efficiently and professionally. The CleanSpace Liner acts as a moisture barrier to prevent any unwanted air or water from entering the crawl space. A homeowner in Newington, CT was getting water seepage in their basement. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a solution. One of our Salesmen, Andrew Howard, went to the home to assess the basement and propose a full perimeter wateproofing system. 

One of our Foremen, Cisco Berrios, and his crew installed this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the perimeter to collect water coming in from the walls or floors. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take the collected water and pump it safely out of the home. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed on the walls and our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was also installed to eliminate moisture. 

Now with our systems in place, this basement will stay dry all the time.
