A homeowner in Groton had water coming into their below-grade garage and basement, so they reached out to us at Connecticut Basement Systems so we could find them a permanent solution. One of our Sales Consultants, Josh Kroop, met with the customer in their home to check out the issues, measure their space, and propose a waterproofing system that would solve this issue. 

One of our crews and Foremen, Krzysztof Wilk, would tackle this project. They installed our WaterGuard perimeter drain system in the garage, below the floor. Then they installed our SuperSump Plus sump pump with one of our UltraSump battery backups. These systems will keep this below-grade space dry and give the homeowner peace of mind.

One of our Foremen, Al Guglielmoni, and his crew installed this job. The major components of this job consisted of our WaterGuard drainage system and our SuperSump Plus sump pump. These would work together to collect water coming in through the walls and floors and then have it pumped out safely away from the home. The homeowner now has peace of mind knowing their basement will stay dry!

One of our Foreman, Delfino Mones and his team implemented the plan by installing the WaterGuard drainage system around the basement’s perimeter to channel water to the sump liner. They also set up the SuperSump Plus pump system, which includes a primary pump, a secondary pump for increased capacity during heavy flows, and a battery backup.

These enhancements ensure the basement remains dry and safeguarded against future water problems.

A homeowner in Norwich had a below-grade garage/basement that was getting water in it. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a solution to this problem. We sent our Sales Consultant, Stephen Singley, to the home to estimate the issues and propose a permanent waterproofing solution. 

Then it would soon be time for one of our Foremen, Garfield Sanderson, and his crew to work on the installation. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter to collect water coming in from the walls and below the floor. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take the water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. Our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to eliminate moisture and prevent mold growth. Now this basement/garage will stay dry all the time!

We turned this dark, dingy basement into a clean, comfortable living space for the whole family to enjoy.
