This home in Storrs, CT needed a way to stabilize their basement beams that seemed to be sagging. They gave us a call at Connecticut Basement Systems, and we were happy to come on out! 

Glen Kerpchar, our System Design Specialist, quickly diagnosed that what this basement needed were the Smartjack XT stabilizers. Victor Alves came out, and his team quickly got to work! The first photo features the stabbilizers first installed after holes were drilled into the conrete foundation. SmartJack XTs are installed under each sagging beam to provide stabilization and proper lifting back to original state.
