A homeowner in Shelton, CT, was getting water seepage in their basement, so they contacted us at Connecticut Basement System to find a permanent solution. One of our Salesmen, Steve Godbout, went to the home to assess the basement and propose our waterproofing system. 

Shortly after, it was time for one of our Foremen, Al, and his crew to install this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement, to capture water seepage. Then our TripleSafe sump pump was installed to take all of the collected water and safely pump it out of the home. 

Now with our system in place, this basement will stay dry, leaving the homeowner with great peace of mind. 

This basement was taking on water. We installed a Waterguard and SuperSump Pump system to remove that water. Then we put in a Sanidry air purifier dehumidifier to keep the air dry and comfortable. On the outside of the house we installed a Iceguard to prevent water backup incase of pipe freezing during winter.

A homeowner in Winsted, CT was looking for a solution to the sagging floors above their basement. We sent out one of our Sales Consultants, Gus Stozinc, to write a proposal and inform them they would need our SmartJack system. Once this was done, it would eventually be time for one of our Foremen, Sergio Alves, and his team to install this job. 

This basement needed 10 SmartJacks throughout to ensure stability and levelness to the floor and joists above. Supplemental beams were installed so that the SmartJacks had stronger support under which to install. Once each SmartJack was put in place, they were tightened to obtain the desired stabilization. Now this homeowner no longer needs to worry about their sagging floors! 

The old sump pump in this house was inadequate. It didn't pump enough water out of the home to keep it dry, and its lack of a lid meant that water could just evaporate back into the basment and make it more humid. In its place, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump system. The TripleSafe, in addition to having an airtight lid, features three different pumps for maximum protection against flooding. The homeowners can rest easy knowing that their basement will not flood, even in heavy rain!

A homeowner in Watertown, CT noticed water marks around their basement and decided they should get it checked out.
