My sister and I wish to compliment your company on the fine representative you sent to our home to discuss our wet basement problem, Rainer Finke. He fully discussed and explained what would be required to solve the problem. He was very patient in answering questions from two elderly ladies with somewhat limited knowledge regarding a problem of this nature. For some time we have been under great stress with this situation, but Mr. Finke, eased our fears by fully explaining what had to be done and what equipment would be required. We also appreciated his sense of humor.

Tony Dilonardo, from service, came to install a battery backup pump. Tony is all ACES. He took time to explain to me everything he was going to do and he showed me how it was done. He really helped me understand the workings of both pumps. I really appreaciated him taking the time. I would only want Tony to come and service my pump if that is possible.
